	Hot Seat Tickets is a Private Ticket Agency, and is in no way affiliated with any Distributor, such as Ticketmaster, or any Box Office or Promoter. We add on a service charge to cover the cost in obtaining the better tickets for our customers.

Top	Sales Policy
	All sales are final. There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
Top	Event Cancellations & Postponement
	If a show is postponed, the purchased tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If a show is canceled, you will receive a refund of 1/2 your purchase price, with the other 1/2 going to a store credit, minus shipping charges.
Top	Seating Locations
	In the event the seats ordered are sold-out we will find seating of equal or greater value. We will contact you with other seating options should this occur.
Top	Ticket Pricing
	You are paying a premium for a value-added service. We specialize in obtaining hard to find and quality seating. The price you are paying reflects the current market price for the tickets, which is influenced by supply and demand, and reflects the cost we had to pay to obtain quality seats.
Top	Notice to New York Residents
	Due to state laws in New York we are unable to mail tickets into NY for events taking place in that state. These tickets must be picked up at our store location (see Corporate Business Location above). This site is not intended for NY residents.
Top	Shipping Policies
	For Your Protection all orders are Insured, at a charge, as follows: For orders of less than $100.01 there is no charge; for orders greater than $100.00 the insurance charge is $.50 per $100. Packages being shipped to any U.S.P.S. Box addresses must be sent via Postal Express. All packages being shipped to P.O. Box addresses must be sent via Postal Express delivery to the billing address of the credit card. To process an order we need: Name as it appears on the Credit Card Exact address as it appears on the Credit Card Statement Day & Evening Phone #s E-Mail Address FedEx Account # if applicable Credit card # Expiration Date of Credit Card
Top	Shipping to an Alternate Address Other Than the Credit Card Billing Address
	For fraud protection purposes, we are only allowed to send tickets to the billing address of the credit card used for payment. To send to a different address your credit card must charged for the tickets and the tickets held until a money order is received for the tickets. Once we receive the money order your credit card charge will be removed and the tickets sent to the address of your choice.
Top	Pre-Orders
	Pre-orders will be taken on all guaranteed events when we have solid information on the date of the event and the price that the promoter is charging. Pre-orders may be canceled before the date that the tickets officially go on sale but once the tickets do go on sale and we obtain your tickets, the sale becomes final because the tickets are purchased for your order.
